Equipped with 35 years of professional experience, Danio has traveled and worked over 14 countries mastering food & beverage in all aspects from strategy and creation to technical execution and business acumen.

His latest mandate at Katara Hospitality was to reposition the entire F&B portfolio of the 45 hotels & residences across four continents: in Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and United States of America.
With the aim of protecting and bolstering owners' investment, the role entailed conceptualize and deliver all the new projects, as well as revamp and reposition the existing operational outlets. The work required to collaborate with appointed consultants, focusing on delivering market-leading products in line with hotel operators requirements.

His focus is on enhancing brand reputation and financial performance on a global scale.

As an executive with more than 20 years of experience at Sales & Marketing, Xavier's skills range from analyzing results to creating marketing and action plans for asset positioning, as well as crafting long-term relationship with value-generating touroperators and agencies.

After 10 years at the helm of the Spanish division of the US touroperator European Incoming Services, Xavier's ​next step was to apply his knowledge of the European and American markets to the hotel industry, helping new properties to be correctly positioned within the luxury sector.
Over the years, he has worked with several large-capacity hotels, helping them with their touroperators' feed-in arrangements, as well as in the international marketing of small luxury boutique hotels owned by family offices, placing a special focus on the Luxury Markets from the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Oksana Tyan

With over 12 years of experience in several sectors (including Retail, Real Estate, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing and Distribution across the Middle East and Asia regions, she has consistently exceeded internal KPIs, and is able to bring expertise from different industries.

Oksana is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, her commitment to excellence and a proven track record of driving year-on-year sales growth. Furthermore, she has developed comprehensive business plans and strategies for offices throughout the region, building a solid network in the process.

Her strategic focus is on risk mitigation, profit maximization, and building strong partnerships with supplier. This approach has consistently yielded Oksana tangible results, leading to cost reductions and operational efficiency improvements.
Marcos Martínez

With over 10 years of experience in different segments within the tourism industry, Marcos is a well-rounded executive capable of adapting to different environments. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Hotel Directors.

He started his career as travel consultant for luxury and bespoke packages agency KUONI. After that, he moved into the hotel sector, where he has advised several family offices in repositioning their hotels, full or partial renovations, developing new concepts and establishing operational procedures.
