01 - One&Only Cape Town, South Africa

Strategic geographical role focusing on maximizing early returns for investors by researching the market and becoming the leader in the luxury branded residence segmentation.
Creating a solid positioning and operational delivery was essential prior to initiate the sale of the residential inventory to private investors.
02 - Raffles, Singapore
Strategically conceptualize the food & beverage venues, including interior designers and technical layout in coordination with appointed consultants.
Critical involvement at the pre-opening stage to ensure delivery by hotel operator and to position the hotel as a market leader.
Operational part of budget reviews, monthly trade reviews, quarterly strategic planning, etc.

03 - Carlton Cannes, France

Hotel and residences space planning, while keeping in mind stringent limits set by local unions and regulations.
Re-thinking the indoor event space, complemented by an outdoor beach club.
Full conceptualization of the F&B considering it had to deliver maximum returns in top months while still attracting local markets during winter.

04 - Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne
Implementing a strategic plan to re-position the Resort (comprising three hotels and a residential component), with a renovated F&B offer, and a high-end health & spa center.
The project has been a massive success, with the Resort boasting the highest ADR in the World during 2022 and being considerered as a key location for some of the most exclusive events, such as the World Economic Forum.
The residential component was desgined to be sold as serviced suites in three different tiers (luxury, ultraluxury and bespoke villas) with great interests from select purchasers.

05 - Atlantis Dubai, UAE

As an iconic, large-size property and a national treasure of the UEA, operations had to be implemented flawlessly to minimize negative impacts in the Resort's P&L.
Supervised all operational procedures, details and aspects, supported pre-opening of the property as well as advised during the negotiation with third-party operators for the retail area, entertainment outlets and F&B venues.
06 - Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong
Spearheaded the F&B repositioning of the Hotel, achieving a 112% above budget within the first year of operation. The bar on the 118th floor alone was generating over USD 1 million per month in revenue. During the first year of operation the Hotel was awarded with 2 Michelin stars in the Chinese restaurant and another Michelin star to the Italian restaurant, with an overall guest satisfaction of 93.5% and a staff satisfaction of 94%.

07 - The Langham

Full repositioning of The Langham Shanghai as amongst the City's best offering and trendsetting hotels.
The role evolved into a more strategic overview on growing The Langham brand into other properties, including project site visits, feasibility studies, space planning reviews, etc.
On operational hotels, advice on strategy, financial reviews, specific action plans, sales & marketing, etc.
